Dear Prospective Renter:

            Thank you for your interest in renting our facility for your event. It gives us great pleasure to describe our clubhouse for use during your special event.

            With a 4 or 12 hour rental, you have full access to the inside of the building – with a hall that will seat approximately 100 people. Oblong tables and chairs are in the clubhouse for your use. We also provide a large kitchen with two refrigerators, large stove, microwave, and coffee pot. An optional bar area that can be opened for any alcoholic beverage needs for an additional fee of $9.00 per hour per bartender. There is a $10 set up fee for all bar rentals. A beer keg requires two bartenders as well as parties with 50 people or more. With the building rental, we also reserve the picnic pavilion next to the building for your use. With one of the lakes as a background, it can make for a very picturesque scene for remembrance of your special day.

            Please review the rental rules & regulations below, then go to the rental contract form that you can print, retail one copy and mail one completed copy with appropriate deposit payments and mail to the Club.

            A damage deposit of $150 is due one month before the event, and all beer keg fees are due two weeks before the event. Bartenders are to be paid on the day of the event. Extra clean up can also be paid in advance or on the date of the event. Please make sure you thoroughly read the rules of our facilities.

The Rock Island Conservation Club is available year 'round

for private parties, corporate meetings, anniversaries,

weddings, or whatever the special occasions require.

 The Club has a complete and separate bar, kitchen and lodge room, 

tables, chairs, podium, sound system, 65" wall mounted TV, 

and the American Flag.

The grounds have various areas for games and races. A covered

shelter has picnic tables, electricity and lights and is adjacent

to swings, slides and sandbox. 

All facilities are handicapped assessable.
