Welcome to the Rock Island Conservation Club
The Rock Island Conservation Club was founded April 21, 1939
by seven men who saw a need for an organization to preserve
local natural resources. In it's beginnings the club was
operated as a pheasant farm. Pheasants were hatched, raised
and then released to the wild. The donated land originally
was a sand quarry owned by Moline Consumers Co. Visit our Pictures of Grounds
